|Recommended: YesNew Mgmt — So I have to say Team NOLA Nordica Landing BY FAR have to be one of the top notch in the business. Yes there maybe some small issues that they inherited taking over the community so no one should hold them accountable as THEY INSTANTLY went to work at rectifying if not fixing the problems experienced with the previous community owners. If you’re looking for a community where the mgmt does what they say, are always friendly, smiling and a pleasure to interact with even if it’s just stopping by the office for a quick “Hello” This community is quiet and maintained to high standards Team NOLA has implemented super fast So many positive changes have been made and I’m excited to see what else they have in store over the next few months If quiet, friendly staff and residents are some of your top “must haves” when searching for your housing needs you SHOULD HANDS DOWN make Nordica Landings and Team Nola your choice I DEFINITELY glad I did

Can someone please remove the garbage from the landing area
people leaving garbage in front of the door.
My water pressure is so low I can barely take a shower .
The handles on the bathtub are leaking and need to be replaced.
I was in the office two days ago I haven't heard anything about anyone coming by to check the faucet. Was later told by the manager that its not her fault if my request was not made . if I come in and ask can someone send some one to my apartment and I was told they logged request why shouldn't i feel confident someone logged it
I would like to use the pool. It's filthy with bugs and leaves. When will it be cleaned
